By integrating Webex with BasicOps, users can easily start and join meetings directly in BasicOps. This enables smooth and efficient communication among team members.

Enabling the Webex integration in BasicOps:
1. Click on Admin located in the bottom left corner of the interface.
2. Choose the Integrations tab from the available options.
3. Locate the Webex integration within the list and click on Add.
With these steps completed, your setup is ready and you are prepared to initiate meetings.
Starting a Meeting on BasicOps:
- To initiate a meeting within your workspace, simply select the team member, partner, or group chat by clicking either on their profile picture located on the right or the chat icon situated above the profiles.
- After selecting a user the chat window will open. Select the Webex Icon to start a meeting.
- After clicking on the icon, if you have not signed into Webex, you will be prompted to do so.
- After signing in you will receive a message with a button to your Webex Meeting. Click the button and it will take you there.
