If you need to change your workspace information, click Admin, and then select the Workspace tab. From here you can edit your workspace name, set a new owner, set a new workspace icon, or customize many other workspace features.

Rename your Workspace
If you need to rename your workspace, go to the Workspace tab and simply edit the name in the Workspace Name dialog. The updated information will be saved automatically.
Change the Workspace Icon
To customize BasicOps workspace with your own workspace logo, go to the Workspace section and click on Upload from Computer. Next time when you log in, you will see your logo besides the workspace name.
Assign a new owner
To assign a new owner to a workspace, click on the owner dialog. A dropdown menu will display with a list of eligible owners. Eligible owners need to have Admin privileges.
The updated information will be saved automatically.
Set the number of days in your work week
You can set the default number of days in your work week to either 5 or 7 days. This is used for project estimates and timeline calculations. Select your Work Week days by clicking on the desired radio button.
Time Tracking
Time Tracking gives you the ability to keep a record of how much time you spend on a task or project. To enable time tracking, click on the Time Tracking checkbox.

White Label
Check the box besides Enable white label and your Workspace logo will be displayed in the upper left corner instead of the BasicOps logo. Your logo will also be stamped on any external emails sent out to team members or clients.

Client Access Control
If you have clients who you would like to include in your projects, click the Client Access Control checkbox. When this is selected, you will be able to manage which clients can participate in projects. They may or may not have access to discussions or receive notifications and emails about a particular project.

Close your account
If you wish to close your account and cancel your subscription, simply click on the Close Account button.
