You can archive a project by setting its status to Complete. The project and its tasks still exist, but they will not be displayed in your project list. If you need to access your project at a later time, simply change the status.
You can change the project status to Complete, by clicking on the three-dot action menu. Then select Edit Project Information.
You will see the Project Information screen. Click Change to see the Project Status pull down menu. Set the status by clicking on Complete.
Your project will now be removed from the project list. All tasks and their statuses are retained but will not be visible.
Restoring a completed project
A project marked Complete will not be displayed in the project list. In our example the project Product Roadmap is marked complete and therefore is not visible.
In order to see your completed project you must first set a filter to Complete to show all completed projects.
Once the filter is set you will be able to see your completed project in the list. In our case, the project Product Roadmap.
To restore the Product Roadmap example project, you can click on it to bring the project list view into focus, and change the project information screen status. Marking it anything other than Complete or On Hold will restore the project.
