On the Projects page, you’ll automatically see every project you’re part of. Filters make it easy to quickly find the ones that need your attention.
Filter Projects
You can filter projects by different forms of Project Information, including status, owner, due dates, and even combine multiple filters together to easily organize your projects tab. This is especially useful when your company has plenty of projects moving around at once.
To start the filtering process, select the Filter button on the Projects page.
Once you click, you will see our predefined filters. In our predefined filters, we have 4 filters to choose from: All Open, My Open, All on Hold, All Completed. Simply click on them, and watch the magic happen.
However, we are also now able to create our own custom filters to help filter our Projects section to your liking.
Create & Use Custom Filters
To customize your filters, select the filter button located next to the Add Projects.
Select Add Filter.
Select the filter that you want to use. Select the filter’s attribute you want to filter by. Here, you also have an option to select multiple filters at once to create an even stronger, unique filter.
Once you’ve created your custom filter, press Save as Quick Filter.
Here, enter a name for your filter. Once you save it, it will appear next to your predefined filters.
