If you’re a BasicOps administrator, you’re responsible for managing user accounts and integrations with other services. As an admin, you’ll:
- Add user accounts and invite users to join BasicOps.
- Maintain user information and deactivate and reactivate user accounts.
- Reset user passwords.
- Set up integration with other online services.
To access administrative features, click the Admin Settings icon on the left navigation bar.
The Users tab shows all current users in your company. Here is where you can add and deactivate users. Use Filter and Sort to narrow your list.
The External Users tab displays all current external users in your company. Here is where you can add and deactivate external users. Visit our Working with external guest users article to learn more about external users.
The Vendors tab displays all the vendor groups in your company. Here is where you can create vendor groups, add and deactivate users. Visit our Working with vendors guest users article to learn more about vendor users.
The Integrations tab displays all the integrations available in BasicOps. Here is where you can add or remove integrations for your company.
The Import tab displays Asana and Trello import options. You can use these buttons to import all your Asana and Trello data over to BasicOps.
The Workspace tab lets you edit your workspace's name and add an icon. Here you can also cancel your subscription.
