Different plans
There are 3 different types of BasicOps plans: Standard, Pro, & Enterprise.
- Standard is ideal for small teams working together in-house and remotely.
- Pro is great for fast-paced teams and companies working on diverse projects.
- Enterprise is best for large businesses working on mission-critical projects.

Upgrading your plan
As an Admin, you are able to upgrade the plan at any time. You can do so in the Billing or Workspace section.
To upgrade your current plan:

- Click Admin on the left sidebar.
- Click the Workspace tab.
- Click the Upgrade button under owner.
Manage Billing
BasicOps billing is where your payment information is kept. Here is where you can view payment details, change your plan, or close your account. Only Admins will have access to the workspace billing section.
To find Billing:
- Click Admin on the left sidebar.
- Click the Billing tab at the top.
