Use chat to directly message a team member or instantly start a Zoom or Webex video call to discuss future assignments or ideas. For a more focused conversation, use task discussion to hold in-context discussions about the assignment. In each task discussion, you can share files, mention team members and reference tasks to help your team stay organization and productive.
Stay up-to-date
BasicOps' infrastructure is setup to remove all fear of missing important information. When you work in BasicOps, you will notice the Feed on the left sidebar. The Feed is the place to learn what is happening in your workspace. Any new task assignment, review requests, comments, status change can be seen and responded to in the Feed.
