Note: This feature is only available to Admin users.
Through the Workspace option, you can modify information about your Workspace, such as the name, client access controls, and labels.

Workspace Plan
You have the option to change your BasicOps Workspace plan. To change your plan, click Change Plan. We offer four different plans: Free, Standard, Professional, Enterprise.
Workspace Information 
Your Workspace Information consists of the Workspace Name, Workspace Owner, and Workspace Icon.
You can change each of these as needed:
- Workspace Name: Click the text box containing the current name and enter the new name.
- Workspace Owner: Click the Select dropdown and choose a new owner from the list of users.
- Workspace Icon: Click Upload From Computer and select an image file. This icon will appear next to your Workspace Name.
White Label 
The White Label option is to change your workspace icon to be your company specific icon. If you want your company logo to be represented, click Enable White Label.
Vendor Access Control 
In your BasicOps Workspace, there are different user roles, including internal users, external collaborators, and clients/vendors.
For Clients / Vendors, you can click the box next to different options to change their permissions:
- Task Access Control: Restricts their view to only the tasks assigned to them
- Discussion and File Access Control: Limits access to discussions and files that are directly relevant to them
Work Week 
A feature of your BasicOps Workspace is creating a timeline based on the tasks created. This timeline can be adjusted to either a 5 day or 7 day schedule. To change your work week, click on either 5 days or 7 days.
Time Tracking 
If you are an administrator, you can monitor progress on your users’ tasks. One feature is to monitor how much time it takes for tasks to be completed. To implement this feature, click Time Tracking.
Phone Number Prefix 
If you are sharing phone numbers on your BasicOps Workspace, you can change what the automatic phone number prefix is based on where you’re located. To do so, click on the Prefix button to get a dropdown of different options.
Delete Workspace 
If you would like to delete your workspace, click Delete Workspace. This will delete it for all users that have access to the workspace as well.
