My Feed displays all the activity in your workspace from most recent to oldest. Use the filters to find and track important information and stay-on-top of your work. In this article, you will learn how to use the filters and learn about the different filter options.
How to use filters
Click on My Feed, located in the left side panel.
- Click the Filter button.
- From the menu, select any combination of filters to narrow your message list.
My Feed will update immediately as you select each filter option.
After you close the filter menu, you will see your selections in the Filter button. To clear your filters, click the X in the filter button.
There are 3 built in filters in the My Feed section.
- All unread messages
- By Me
- By Others
Or, you can create your own custom filters. To do this, click on Filter and then Add Filter.
In the following example we will filter on messages to the user Alex in the project “Website”.
Once done you can save your custom filter for later use by clicking on Save as Quick Filter.
Give your new filter a name and click Save.
Your new filter will now be saved in your filter list and can be used again at a later time.
