My Feed allows you to stay up-to-date on the projects you’re involved in. From here, you can monitor all activity of all team members across your entire workspace. Whether it's a new assignment, task or project update, comment from a coworker, status change, or file attachment, it will all get displayed in your feed.
To access My Feed, click on the My Feed menu item in the left sidebar.
In My Feed, important messages are highlighted with a red notification indicator placed beside the message. Important messages are those representing a request, such as a task assigned to you or review request, a mention, or a reply to a conversation you are participating in.
The Important message counter in the topmost menu will also be updated.
Unread messages are flagged with a teal notification indicator. Once a message is read, the indicator will disappear and all counts will be updated.
My Feed will also provide an indication of the task status by updating the border and background color of the feed item. The border color of a selected (or hovered over) feed item is the same as the status color of the task or project.
For example, if the task is new, it will be marked by the color light purple.
If the task is in progress and someone is working on it, the my Feed message will be marked in green.
If the task is under review, the my Feed message will be marked in yellow.
Statuses and their representative colors can be seen by hovering over the status indicator in the upper right corner of the details view.
The Show details toggle button in the topmost menu will allow you to expand the feed item to see more detailed information. Or, leave it off if you just want to see the feed entry.
If you need to find specific information in your feed, you can use a filter by clicking the Filter button. For example, if you would like to see only the feed items that haven’t been read, click on the Filter button and then All Unread.
For more information on filtering in the feed, see the article Using Filters in My Feed.
