As you are writing a note there may come a point when something becomes important or needs further responsibility. When this happens, convert your text or action item into a task directly in the note.
Creating a task in your note
- Highlight your text.
- Click the checkmark icon from the toolbar.
After creating the task, you can click on the task to open the task details and begin assigning and collaborating with your team.
Where can I find my new tasks
If you create a task from a personal note, it will show up at the bottom of your task list. You can use the arrow icon to move the task to a project.
If you create a task from a project note, it will show up at the top of the project task list. You can change the task position by dragging and dropping.
