Integrating with video call services

If your team conducts serval meetings throughout the week, you can enable a video call service to instantly start video calls directly in your workspace. You can enable Zoom or Webex to your workspace.

Enabling Zoom or Webex to your workspace

1. Go to Admin Settings. 
2. Click the Integrations tab. 
3. Find the Zoom or Webex integration card.
4. Click Add.

Note: Only one service can be enabled at a time. 

How to use Zoom

Once Zoom has been enabled for your workspace, open the chat window.

1. Click on a team member from the right sidebar.
2. Click the Zoom icon.
3. Log in to your Zoom account. 
4. Click Authorize to install BasicOps.
5. In the chat window, click Start Zoom Meeting (It will say Join on your teammate's side).

When you are done with the meeting, a summary will be posted in the chat window.

How to use Webex

Make sure Webex is enabled in your workspace. Once Webex has been enabled for your workspace, open the chat window.

1. Click on a team member from the right sidebar.
2. Click the Webex icon.
3. Log in to your Webex account. 
4. Click Accept to allow the BasicOps request.
5. In the chat window, click Start Webex Meeting (It will say Join on your teammate's side).

When you are done with the meeting, a summary will be posted in the chat window.
